Subject: [Leica] 50mm F2 Dual Range Summicron

You've got a couple of options, Paul. You could use the old
collapsible 'Barn Door' hood [SOOFM], which is great for slipping in
your pocket. Or the ITDOO which is the velvet lined reversible
one--You can also use this one on your M Summaron, if you have one.

I have both, and the ITDOO won out when i found an old Schneider lens
cap that fits over the top of the hood; but the barn door is great
for travel.

Cheers,
Gary
