Marc,

Ansel Adams was an official spokesman for Contax. His famous portrait of 
Stieglitz was taken with a Contax and 50mm lens. If Ansel owned Leica, he 
sure kept it quiet, and in his autobiography stated his preference for 
Contax. Or was it his book "The Camera?"

That is until the end of his life, when the R4 was his camera of choice.
