the Garcia and Friends were on 4th July and must've been 80,000 people, and
all of a sudden Garcia is on stage and it appeared that nobody knew that the
maniacs were playing.  It was like some sort of intermision entertainment
sound.  Not so loud for 10,000 up there, not much commotion, especially when
they are maniacs!
Maybe the M3 makes Merchant a maniac?  Was there a subway?
