Like Jonathan, I use the Jobo for sheet film, avoiding the film scratches and many minutes of immersed hands. And I also use it for roll film - 35 mm and 120. The most recent runs were Tri-X and Ektachrome from the Kennebunkport seminar (on topic). Once the temperature calibration and developing times are determined, it's a great little machine.
