The question is what meter should I use with my IIIf? > Well, for starters, Quality Light-Metric in Hollywood will cheerfully overhaul your jewel for a pittance and this might be the way to go, as this is a meter you know and trust. Another option is buying one of the Metrawatt clip-on meters made for the LTM cameras. These folks are fairly easy to find and rather inexpensive.
