Wow,  thanks for the pointer.  Am I correct in reading that it synchs "up 
to" 1/125?  Silent mode, auto wind to 2.5 frames per sec.  Same framelines 
as the M6.  Lenses *are* compatible though Konica calls the mount 
"proprietary."

Downside: again, if I read correctly--dead batteries=dead camera.

Will retail for 11.000F
