Does anyone have a feel for the time to get one once the order has been
placed?

I talked to Kindermann, and they said the lenses are coming "in dribs and
drabs".  Of course they couldn't be more specific than that, but the
implication is "be prepared to wait".  Has anyone received one, and if so,
how long did it take?
