Being one of the breathe and wipe guys I need
to know: What is ROR? Does it go by a different
name in Canada?

I just checked the instructions for my
50 summicron and it says:
"Stains and fingerprints can be removed
with a small amount of methyl alcohol.
Moisten a soft cloth with this liquid and
wipe the lens with it using a circular
motion starting from the centre to the
edge.  Immediately dry the lens thoroughly with
a cotton cloth. Ensure that the part of the cloth
to be used for drying the lens is not touched.
This is the only way of preventing perspiration
from the hand to reach the lens."
