Informative?

Its typical rah-rah Taliban bollox, unfortunately. Typical of the pro-Apple
brigade, the pro-Linux brigade, the old pro-OS/2 brigade, the pro... etc

Yes, Apple have some great technology. However, they dont need to resort to
extraordinarily stupid claims about N times faster than X.

As for comments like "The G4 series is based on a newer, more powerful chip
design that can process more information per cycle than the 25 year old
technology of the Intel Pentium line"

well, I nearly fell of the chair laughing.

And for quotes like "Most PC users don't know that Microsoft Office 98
released on the Macintosh first." True, thats cos Office 98 was a horribly
late Macintosh port and repackage of Office 97 for Windows... There never
was any intention of Office 98 being released on Windows -- there was no
need, it was already out there on the shelves.

The fact that these people believe this self-delusion is truly sad.

Its almost as bad as the "digital cameras are as good as 35mm film" Taliban
(to haul the topic back onto a photographic theme :-)
