I spoke to another photographer who has G2's and the TLA 200 and he said he 
couldn't find any way to do manual fill-in flash with it, as he said the ISO 
is set on the body and if you change it, you change it for the ambient 
exposure as well.  I suggested he set the ISO forward (faster) by 1.7 stops 
and then set a metered manual exposure for the ambient light at 1.7 stops 
over what the meter reads.  That seemed to work, but it's really slow going.
