No they were cleared. The judge determined that there was no direct connexion
between the death of Di and the fact that photographers (a Sigma war reporter is
not a paparazzi) were there.

I don't know how it is where you live and even where you live but in France a
"non-lieu" (that means "there was no matter to sue") decision clearly
establishes that somebody is innocent. Period.

Moreover, the "people" in the Mercedez decided to drive at about 90 MPH in full
downtown. The Pont de l'Alma is full of people at any hour of day or night. If
your children were living in Paris in the sector where this happend, I hope you
would adopt another attitude. There was no excuse for that.
