If you need the extra speed, I would probably go for the Summicron...but...I
have the Elmarit (bought on Erwin's recommendation) and it is tack sharp and
simply a most wonderful lens! The price differential was greater when I was
looking at the 90s which made the Elmarit look like the best deal in Leica
lens history. Good luck. I don't think you would be disappointed with
either.
