Basically I got thrown out of Truro Cathedral in Cornwall for using a tripod
( The Hassy was OK )...
I was told it was "not convenient" to use a tripod... there were 10 people
in the church, no ceremony going on.

I got great pictures in Southwark Cathedral, London with a tripod and same
outfit.  Only had to make a Picture donation of a pound or so.....

Ditto Winchester Cathedral, free.

Go figure...........
