Hi Nathan,

Perhaps my M3 is an anomaly, but the grip went on without an adapter and no
hassle. I didn't even think about it being an issue. I agree the aesthetics
of the very obvious plastic grip aren't exactly great, but now that i'm
using it i don't think it will be coming off, it has made that much of a
difference for me! The only real thing i would change is probably the base
length. I wonder what made them decide to end it 3/4 of the length of the
base plate?

I recently got a goggled 35/2.8 Summaron for it, and the camera is looking
more like a creation of the 21st century than the 20th with its grip,
goggles, softie and 35 brightline finder. The Summaron has been a wonderful
experience to use and feels exceptionally well balanced.
