[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]lugnuts, thanks to those who offered an answer/sympathy for what did in fact turn out to be a battery problem. i wound up heading over to the maison du leica, popped in a new battery, and i had regular, constant metering once again. btw, the man that runs the shop is quite helpful & friendly, and there is a lot of leica gear - new and used - to check out (and purchase, for the stout of heart and wallet). the next time you're in paris, la maison du leica is definitely worth a visit. guy p.s. another btw, during a visit several weeks ago, displayed in one of the cases was the oft discussed but rarely seen apo asph 90 summicron m. i was told that this was the only one they had received, that it had long ago been sold, and that some 13 more were then on order. today i asked if he had ever received any others - he hadn't.
