For colors prints, try Fuji's pro 800 film.  I think it used to be called
"Super G+" but now it's got a different name.  It had incredibly good
grain for 800 speed, at least up to 8x10 so I've heard.  I'm not sure
how well it'll do at 18x24, but if you must go with 800, it's probably
a good film to use.  I'd try to get away with something slower though.
I have no experience with prints at 18x24.
