[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search](not wanting to sound like a net.policeman, but i think this bears mentioning) while it was inappropriate for the origional poster to post the way-off-topic "internet tax forward me to everyone you know" thingie, the two posters who complained about it included the entire offending post in their replies, thereby exaserbating the problem. general mailing list netiquitte calls for snipping out what you're not specifically commenting on, not just in things like this, but in ordinary posts as well. this keeps the list from growing to huge proportions and driving people away. ob leica: does anyone make a waist level finder that i can attach to my M? there's something to be said for framing while shooting from the hip, which i do a lot of (shooting from hip that is). I was in an art gallery last week in Chicago and a woman whipped off her t-shirt, flashed a Gaugan painting shouted something in Spanish and threw her shirt back on and scurried out the door, leaving me wondering "geez, did i get that shot?" ya never know when crazy things are going to happen... kc
