Well, last night the pair returned with their two young! And they were actually in the back yard - on the feeders, on the fence, on the clothes line, and in the labrador's plastic pool. Tonight I was ready with my living room window as my blind - tripod mounted R8, 80-200/4 and 280/4.8 with viso-R adapter, Metz 40MZ2 flash and a sample roll of Ektachrome 100. Fortunately the birds cooperated, and the initial inspection of the wet film shows that the R8/40MZ2 TTL combination can deliver the goods. Lordy - what an experience. Roy
