Nice to meet you, LUGers !

I use Focomat Ic and think it is time to get a 
new bulb.  I have no idea where and which type 
I should obtain. (I checked the one sitting and
dying on my Focomat I have got from second hand
market but could not find out its maker, #, etc.)
Any comment or recommendation would be highly 
appreciated.
