I thought both the F3 and the FM2 were available new.  The F3 as I
recall has a proper MLU that stays up.  The FM2 has a self-timer
activated MLU that moves the mirror out of the way at the start of the
timer, but then it pops back down again at the end of the exposure.

Leica notwithstanding, and not having owned a Leica SLR, I still think
the F3 was the most gorgeous SLR I've owned/held/played with.  Built
like a brick sh*thouse ;)
