It's a Gitzo strap #G087B. B is for black. G087G for green. $23.50 from B&H
Being a Gitzo strap, it is set up to snap appropriately to/around your
tripod at the proper places. Actually quite easy. Need only to unsnap the
leg end to use the tripod. Leave the top end connected.
