I once had a Canon Serenar 35/2.8 in LTM and mine had 34mm filter
thread.  I believe someone on the LUG was offering a Canon 34mm filter
for sale very recently.

When I first got the lens its lens hood was already missing.  After
failing to get a replacement hood, I had one custom made.  It was not
too expensive, and well worth the price, considering the workmanship.

The Serenar 35/2.8 was first released in October 1951 at 21,000 Yen.  It
has a 6-element/4-group configuration.  If I remember correctly, its
minimum aperture is f/22 and its closest focusing distance is 1m.  If
all these correlate with your lens, then we have the same version of
Serenar and the filter thread is indeed 34mm.
