Subject: Re: [Leica] Erwin's *Ties* not Qualifications

Ted,

Switch to decaf, will ya? No one's going to steal your Social Security
check. If you would have read my post more carefully, you would have noted
that at no time did I ask for anyone's *credentials*. That word came from a
respondent. I simply asked for Erwin's *relationship* with Leica. That's
all I wanted to know, for the reasons stated. This doesn't mean I don't
value Erwin's posts; I do -- I've read them with interest for years. This
doesn't mean I don't consider him knowledgeable; I do. I simply want to
know his ties to Leica, not his credentials. I think that would be
invaluable information, and, from the response to my post, so do several
others.

Now, on a more personal level, in response to your suggestion that I go
screw myself, let me just delight in the memory of the special cow in your
life, which to my mind said it all.

Bruce Feldman
