Subject: [Leica] Macro work using the bayonet mount Hektor 135/4.5

Does anyone know of the correct adapter to use to connect the Hektor
135/4.5 in its rangefinder focusing mount to the Bellows 2?  I am looking
to get a bit above lifesize ratios and this combination would seem to be
workable if I could connect the lens to the bellows this way.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
