And almost all surviving Imarects suffer from haziness which can often be cleaned by disassembly, but this is a bear and not always sufficient. The Russian clone of the Zeiss 436/70 multi-sucher is the way to go. These are still in production, they are readily available and inexpensive, and are optically superb. And, because they are "flipped" from their Zeiss original, which was designed to fit the Contax RF design, they register vertically with the Leica lensmount.
