Wow....
Byron, hold onto that woman. She is indeed a Saint.
I have been 'hiding' my M6 for the last week and a half.... my wife is a
lovely woman, I love her dearly, and if she found this right now- she would
kill me! I have been gently "talking Leica" at her for months... smoothing
the road, one might say- then this great deal on the M6 came up: I seized
the opportunity- figured I could be a bit sneaky and work around it: I
mentioned the other day to my wife that I was about ready to take the Leica
plunge, explained how it would be handled financially, and asked her
opinion (read: "permission")- whereupon she quite frankly told me that I
didn't need another camera, even if I sold all the others and that I'd
better re-think it!!
Hmmm-gulp- anybody looking for a very little used M6???
I am going to sell my M4-P with MR-4 meter if anyone's looking for a
"user" body- works great, lots of paint wear and a few dents.....
I have ordered one of Sherry's small red Leica golf shirts for my wife... I
will save this marriage and save the M6!!!
