I have three items for sale:

1) 50mm f/2 Summicron-M, current with built in shade, silver color,
mint condition with original caps, leather case, instructions, and
box. $750 plus shipping.

2) M2- 1112053. Exc condition. There are no dents,
only a tiny ding to the edge aft of the shutter dial and a pinpoint
ding near the right edge, a bit aft. The name "ALLEN HESS" is neatly
engraved in small block letters where the "Leica Camera GMBH" would
appear on a modern M6. No meter marks and no strap marks. Vulcanite
is 100%, and very nice. There are the typical hairline marks on the
baseplate, not excessive, not from a tripod. There is paint wear to
the rear flip-door along its edges, and a tiny ding on the lower
edge, just to the left of middle. Mechanics are smooth, typical of
the age of this camera (i.e. well broken in), shutter speeds seem
accurate. Rangefinder is bright and accurate. It is lever rewind,
and both self timer and frame selector lever work well. This M2
includes a Leitz Wetzlar Summaron 1:3.5/35 #1180470 lens.
Cosmetically exc+, but the interior does show some haze on the
perimeter of one of the elements. Still usable though. Comes with
chrome "Leica" front cap for the lens and Nikon black leather
everready case. Price: $850, plus shipping.

2) M2- 1060561. This one is a beauty! No marks anywhere, except for
2 areas: 1 slight chip 1mm long in the rear flip door, and some fine
lines in the baseplate, again not from a tripod. Vulcanite is 100%,
but the vulcanite of rear flip-door has been replaced with newer M6-
style. Otherwise, the camera is pristine. Again, it is lever
rewind, with self timer and frame selector lever working fine. The
surprising thing about this camera is not just its condition, but its
mechanics: it feels and sounds brand new! Winding, shutter release,
shutter speed dial, all feel just like an out-of-box M6. Shutter
clicks with authority and was tested a few months ago to be dead-on
at all speeds. Comes with body cap. $1100, plus shipping.

All items have money back guarantee, 10 days. Email
simontart@hotmail.com if interested... after Sunday, all items will
go to Ebay. Thanks!
