Subject: [Leica] Schedule for LHSA German trip

Given that the US LHSA delegation is due to arrive in Frankfurt at
9.40am on April 14, I'd guess that the Europeans who're joining the
group on its arrival at the airport will be arriving in Frankfurt on
the 13th. Are there any plans for us to gather on the evening of the
13th? Are people planning to stay in the same hotel that night?
