Date: Fri, 5 Mar 1999 17:20:49 EST

From now through April 3, Edward Keating's (The New York Times photographer)
exhibition, "Exile New York" will be on display at our main gallery area. This
is all Leica M photography and it is a spectacular show. In the Oskar Barnack
Room, we are showing Carlos Rene Perez's Visual Annotations. This is mostly
Leica R work (Rene is using several R8 bodies now and loves them) and well
worth seeing. We are open Tuuesday thru Friday 11 to 6 and Saturday 12 to 6.
In addition to the exhibitions, we feature a full-line of Leica boutique and
over 400 book titles, including Leica as well as a photographic monographs of
Leica photographers.
We should like to point out a selection of Leica books and, at a later time,
we shall try to mention photographic monographs, etc.:
"Leica World" (one available), 1st ed. Hard bound, 1957, o/p (out-of-print)
Collection of wonderful Leica images - hard to find $65.;

Germany/ blue cover with gold embossed Leica letters for years 1992 and 1993.

"New Buildings" (6 copies available) by Ralf Niggermann. The author is with
Leica and these are his portraits of the Wetzlar Leica buildings before there
conversion to city administration buildings. We got these when we were in
Solms and Wetzlar last September. There is an English supplement (same quality
as the book) that matches the German text and both the text and the supplement
are signed by Niggemann / book is Hard bound and supplement is softbound.

Brian Bower's "Leica Lens Book" (Hard bound, new and with book plate signed by
the author - $45. Also, Bower's Leica M and Leica R books (both softbound)

have about 4 available in each. Complete "official" repair manuals to
