Subject: Re[2]: [Leica] Voigtländer with LSM

     One could get "better picture[s] with a cleaned-out Pepsi bottle?"  Is 
     this kind of comment necessary?  Or beneficial in any way?  Is it not 
     possible to appreciate Leica without indulging in absurdly hyperbolic 
     trashing of other brands?

I beg to differ.  Vivitar, Tamron and the cheap-ass, entry-level Nikons 
are not exactly high quality optics.  You could probably get better 
picture with a cleaned-out Pepsi bottle than many Vivitar lenses...
