I already have ship it out Monday AM.....My new EOS 1n has the diopter adjustment also. The first camera I had with the adjustment was an F4...at least it had a zero setting and you could count from there. Have not seen this on any other diopters...and they all still give that distorted view through the finder....maybe it is just the focusing screens aren't as good as they used to be. Don't know, just know that my old Canon F1n is so easy to focus there is no reason for AF. All new cameras I have looked through (Nikon F4, Canon EOS A2, 1, 1n, Leica R6, R8) that have the adjustabe diopter are much harder FOR ME to focus through.
