I use the times I downloaded from Kodak's web site and generally add about
5% or so.  I dilute 1:1 and follow Kodak's advice to agitate 5 seconds
every minute, a royal pain-in-the-tokus as I'm more accustomed to Ilford's
10-seconds-every-minute.  I use Kodak Indicator Stop-Bath and Ilford
Multi-Grade fixer.  I do use Photo-Flo.  My developing rig includes Hewes
reels in Kindermann tanks.

I normally expose at 800 ASA and develop for the same.  

I also bracket like hell.  TMZ is grand film but shooting in a dark club
can be a challenge.  And I try to brace myself against a wall or pillar
when I do those REALLY slow shots.
