Mark,

I am sure it is; however, I am sticking to my 4.04 because it is an "unofficially"
exported U.S. version with high encryption, downloaded some time ago via a
U.S.-based server that I no longer have access to. If I now go to Netscape's web
site and download the latest version, it will be the low-encryption export version,
which in turn would not allow me to trade stocks on my Schwab account or do
electronic banking in the U.S., all of which I need to be able to do.

The U.S. government does not allow export of 128-bit encryption technology because
they are worried that terrorist groups can make use of it....This particular rule
ranges in its stupidity and unenforcability right up there with a city ordinance in
Gainesville, Florida, which forbids getting drunk even in your own house.
