Marc,

When the Digilux was about to come out I sent several Emails to Tamarkin and
each one was promptly returned. I've also requested literature on a couple
things via Email. The Email wasn't returned (my requests didn't really ask
for Email replies) but within a week I had the literature in my (regular)
mailbox.

All I've ever purchased from Tamarkin is a Billingham bag, but they've
always treated me very well. I've bought cameras and/or lenses from George
Ury, Don Chatterton and Jim Kuehl and always been treated well. I've been
dealing with Jim Kuehl since 1984 or 1985.

Bryan
