Francois, as a suggestion only, perhaps it would be best to just pencil in two different dates convenient to Mike and yourself, and then to decide upon a date that allows the most people to show up. I will call Mike tomorrow to introduce myself, and learn what I may do to help bring a meeting off at Mike's location.
