Congratulation, Nathan!
It is a thrill. I know what you mean.
I got tickled pink when PHOTO Techniques used one of my pictures for Erwin's
Noctilux article.
I guess we are now 'published photographers' .. ;-)

Hi all,

The UK magazine Amateur Photographer has a "Photographer of the year"
contest, consisting of a series of monthly contests, with the person
receiving the most points at the end of the year getting a Leica R8
outfit. The theme of the first round was "Beauty" and I submitted a shot
of my wife during her morning routine, taken several years ago with a
Pentax SLR. The shot is in the latest issue of AP, although I just
barely missed out on the top 10. For you pros this is old hat, but for
an amateur like me it is such a thrill to see a picture of mine in
print! I will keep on participating in this competition.

Nathan
