The batch of XTOL developer that caused my problem came from a five liter package. I mixed some last spring, from a five-litre kit (all that Kodak would send most dealers, incidentally, another example of brilliant marketing!), and I have stored this, of course, in brown glass bottles filled to the top. As of last evening, it was still potent as ever. Marc
