Dear LUGGERs,

I just got this information from a Japanese Leica Friend. It is confirmed
that the Bessa-L is a Nikon FM-10 body. The market price will be 10% off
the listed price but you must add another 5% for tax and shipping. In his
own words "This is a regular product. You don't need to be in hurry!".

Super wide Heliar 15/4.5 ASPH Silver or black. made by Cosina.
4.5 to 16 or 22 with helicoid INF to 0.4m
Price is 65,000 yen with finder.

Super wide skoper 25/4 Silver or black. made by Cosina.
4 to 16 or 22 with helicoid INF to 0.7m
Click stop at INF,3m and 1m.
Price is 45,000 yen with finder.

Konica has made a M-mount Hexer 2. This will be offered with M-mount
Hexanon 28/2.8, 35/2 and 60/1.2. Launch date is still TBD. Looks like
finally Leica will be getting some competition on the M.

Cheers,
Lee
