Don't worry about that. "C'est de la gesticulation diplomatique".
At each time the u.s. balance of trade is in the red, Yanks take the 301
section out of the drawer.
They prefer their bananas instead of european bananas.Once more, a smutty
story coming out the bathroom of the oval office...
