Subject: Re: [Leica] Complimentary flash filter

This technique is used to compensate for fluorescent lighting using flash and
day light balance film. You would put a green filter on the flash, and a 30
to 40 M filter on the lens. This is really useful for color slides and color
neg. The new Fuji color neg films with Reala technology would not require
this, as they are self masking for fluorescent. This technique would have
absolutely no effect with B&W film.
