Printing can be done with platinum, palladium or a mixture of the two. It is as
far as I know, not terribly toxic, but should be treated with the usual
caution.

I have fiddled with palladium printing for the last year or so and gotten a few
nice prints, but as a Leica fan I have a problem: one needs a neg the same size
as the print and enlarging negatives is no fun at all. I am a sucker for hand
caoted paper and sometimes it is worth it, but if anyone has come up with an
"easy" way to denlarge negatives, I would love to hear about it.

There used to be a good list about platinum and lots of other processes, but
lately I have not been able to subscribe (the alt-photography list). I think
they have changed to a web based system, but it doesn't seem to be up and
running.
