My Noctilux-M F1/50mm is Leica item #11 822 which is their current model.  It
does have a built-in lens hood.  Leicas bullet point on this is: Built-in
telescopic lens hood.

Don't hesitate buying one.  It truly does compliment the Leica M system and
you will  be amazed at what it does.
