Subject: Re: [Leica] M4-2 wisdom....

I've had an M4-2 since it was new, anad other than a recent CLA it's
never been out of service. The black finish is worn to the underlayer in
a few places...my black M6 hasn't experienced that; however it's only 2
years old. Initially the M4-2 felt "rough" and I attributed it to a
cheapened film transport; however I was advised that this was due to it
actually being *stonger* as provision for motorised operation. Time has
proved the M4-2 (at least mine) worthy of the Leica name.

Regards,
Nigel
