Hi Bill,
I think they all come loose.  I have a copy, in EXC condition 
except the binding is turning loose.  

BTW, If anyone wants it, make offer -- I don't want to get 
rich, but make what you feel is a fair offer.

P.S> I'm easier to deal with than amazon.com.......!!!
