I have heard about the ceremonial Titanium coating of some cameras sold as
"Titanium Models."  Maybe they should be renamed "Titanic Models" ;-).

I am quite impressed with my friend's Contax G1 which was used quite
extensively over the past 4 years (since 1994) with hardly any signs of
wear.  I wonder if the Contax chaps are more serious about the quality of
their Titanium models?
