Erwin,

I have no doubt you are 100% correct but I'll defer to a pair of
articles in the LHSA _Viewfinder_ as my source; Vol. 29 No. 1 (article
on the 50/1.5 Summarit) and Vol. 31 No. 3 (article on the 50/1.4
Summilux).  Since you know a lot more about this stuff than I do...
well I'll just take your word for it.
