It seems to have varied slightly over the decades. The latest version I
have (1983 Photo-Lab-Index) is:
Water (50C) 500 ml
Elon(metol) 2.0 grams
Sodium Sulfite(anh.) 90 grams
Hydroquinone 8.0 grams
Sodium Carbonate (monohydrate) 52.5 grams
Potassium Bromide (anh.) 5.0 grams
Add cold water to make 1.0 liter
