I am terribly sorry if I have upset you, bud! Maybe you missed my
question mark?

I was of the impression we were discussing sales prices, not production
costs! It is true the Japanese are extremely good and efficient in
manufacturing, but they are also equally good in sales and marketing.
Their distribution systems are usually very direct without too many
middle men. And their pricing policies are totally different from ours in
the western culture.
