New Nikon zooms

Two new zooms Nikon AFS made their appearance in the windows of
Photokina. Both b=E9n=E9cifient of standard motorization USM developed by
Nikon for its range
AFS and thus offer a debugging high-speed, quiet, very soft and with
manual final improvement without disconnecting the AF.

- - 28-70 2,8 D IF ED: with a large aspheric frontal meniscus out of
moulded glass and two elements with glass ED with weak dispersion in the
back group, in order
to minimize the distortion and to improve piqu=E9 and contrast.
The diaphragm comprises 9 plates for a better dissolve of the elements
apart from the zone of clearness. Development interns without rotation
of mounting for filters
nor modification of the size of the objective. Manual MAP without
current consumption. Special Paresoleil. Dust-protecting and
anti-ruisselement construction. 15
lenses in 11 groups, mini MAP: 0,70 (0,50 into macro), filter 77 Misters
88,5 X 124,5 Misters 935 grams (the animal makes its weight!). Price and
not
communicated date of output.

- - 80-200 2,8 D ID ED: same mechanical characteristics and of design (of
which internal MAP, anti-streaming, diaph 9 lenses) with, moreover, one
removable collar
for tripod, three push rods of locking for the AF. Compatible with
converters TC1=CA and TC20E.
Formulate optical, 18 lenses including 5 lenses glass ED with extra-weak
dispersion, 14 groups. Minimal MAP 1,50 Mr. Diam=E8tre of filter 77
Misters 88 X 207
Misters 1,550 kg.
Price and dates... let us wait a little.
