What with all the recent talk regarding Jobo's processing equipment, I
thought I'd pass along a tip that someone shared with me. Check out:

Among other things, the Lift Accessory for the manual processors is either
free or only a fraction of it's usual ($200-ish) selling price (with
purchase of a processor), making the things killer buys.

I've only been using the CPE-2 Plus processor (no lift yet) for a few days,
but am very pleased: It really does make life much easier than you might
think, considering that it's essentially a $500, thermostatically-controlled
dishpan with a motor for spinning those print- and film-processing drums.
What a difference this makes: I'm sure it's doing wonders for consistency,
but more importantly, rather than standing about by the sink, ready to
agitate the film every 30 seconds, and fretting over temperature drift, I am
sitting around reading email or reading a book!
